Development
This is the largest one dealing with congregational development for US
Episcopalians and Canadian Anglicans (plus a few others from NZ, UK, etc)
Organization Development Listserves
The OD Network (largest
professional association in that field) has a number of open listserves.
The "main list" is the largest and most active.
Orgdyne is a
very active e-list to promote a deeper understanding of organizational
dynamics from a nontraditional perspective. The overriding objective
will be to promote organizational effectiveness by creating an awareness
for how groups and organizations think and operate at the irrational and
unconscious levels. Discussions typically include - -Covert
and irrational processes in the workplace -Group dynamics
-Narcissistic leadership -Power play in the undercover organization
-Psychosis, neuroses, and toxicity in the workplace -The interplay of
emotions, power, and feelings -Organizational unconscious and identity
-Psychodynamics of team building etc
Appreciative
Inquiry - AIList is a forum for individuals interested in
learning more about the practice of Appreciative Inquiry. The list has
nearly 800 subscribers from all over the world. Questions are welcome, as
are case postings, observations, and other experiences that can help all
list subscribers improve their organization change practice.

These are listserves that are open to a range of church related
conversations.

CanAng-L
is a forum for the discussion of theology, history, liturgy, spirituality,
social justice and other topics from the point of view of Canadian
Anglicanism. It is intended to foster communication among Canadian
Anglicans and will provide an opportunity for networking, sharing of
information and ideas and research collaboration.

conversation among those who are involved in the catechumenate
process, are attempting to introduce the process into parishes, or who
wish to explore the possibility Beliefnet,
Anglican/Episcopal Board - Beliefnet welcomes
Anglicans and Episcopalians to this discussion forum! Others may
participate as respectful guests; but all critiques must be directed to Christian
Debate. Attempts, no matter how courteous, to convert anyone to a
