Congregational Development        E-Lists
Many people find e-lists (or listserves) useful tools for learning and staying in touch with various professional fields

Congregational Development
This is the largest one dealing with congregational development for US Episcopalians and Canadian Anglicans (plus a few others from NZ, UK, etc)

Organization Development Listserves
The OD Network (largest professional association in that field) has a number of open listserves.  The "main list" is the largest and most active.

Orgdyne is a  very active e-list to promote a deeper understanding of organizational dynamics from a nontraditional perspective.  The overriding objective will be to promote organizational effectiveness by creating an awareness for how groups and organizations think and operate at the irrational and unconscious levels.   Discussions typically include - -Covert and irrational processes in the workplace  -Group dynamics -Narcissistic leadership -Power play in the undercover organization -Psychosis, neuroses, and toxicity in the workplace -The interplay of emotions, power, and feelings -Organizational unconscious and identity -Psychodynamics of team building etc

Appreciative Inquiry -  AIList is a forum for individuals interested in learning more about the practice of Appreciative Inquiry. The list has nearly 800 subscribers from all over the world. Questions are welcome, as are case postings, observations, and other experiences that can help all list subscribers improve their organization change practice.

Episcopal Church Discussions
These are listserves that are open to a range of church related conversations.

Liturgy Well Done
Discussion of Episcopal Liturgy Renewal: Cutting-Edge type stuff.

CanAng-L is a forum for the discussion of theology, history, liturgy, spirituality, social justice and other topics from the point of view of Canadian Anglicanism. It is intended to foster communication among Canadian Anglicans and will provide an opportunity for networking, sharing of information and ideas and research collaboration.

gtng@egroups.com is a discussion group open to all GenX Christians and their friends. This list is a part of the Gathering the Next Generation, GTNG, network, created by members of the Episcopal Church USA (Anglican Communion).

Anglican Tradition - discuss and share aspects of the traditions of Anglicanism. Arguments about trendy problems in Anglicanism are strongly discouraged. Think of coffee hour after Mass, or better yet, a group of friends sitting around the fireplace in the Rector's study, sipping your favorite beverage, chatting about this, the most graceful form of the reformed catholic faith. To subscribe, send a blank email message to
Anglican-Tradition-subscribe@onelist.com.

Catechumenate - conversation among those who are involved in the catechumenate  process, are attempting to introduce the process into parishes, or who wish to explore the possibility

Beliefnet, Anglican/Episcopal Board - Beliefnet welcomes Anglicans and Episcopalians to this discussion forum! Others may participate as respectful guests; but all critiques must be directed to Christian Debate. Attempts, no matter how courteous, to convert anyone to a different religious belief are not appropriate here.
