Staff development -- clarity of roles and expectations, team building, visioning and planning

Inter-group work -- establishing common expectations among various groups, managing tensions

Developing regional strategy and resources for congregational development -- increasing the critical mass of trained leaders

Overall system development -- direction, information flow, focus on the primary task, quality of life, strategic management

Improving the Diocesan System for Congregational Development - Facilitate an assessment of the existing system; explore options for improvement; create an action-plan.

Leadership Transitions - Succession planning; especially useful in situations where the leader has been in place for 10 years or more.

Facilitation of a Special Meeting - There are time when you may want a third party facilitator for a meeting. This allows you to focus on the work to be done rather than the design and process of the meeting.

Workshops

Workshops are sponsored by the diocese for its parishes. This might be an open registration program or an event focused on several invited parishes. The diocese is urged to have several of its diocesan consultants or trainers attend so they might experience the program and prepare themselves to offer it in the future. The workshop design is made available to the diocese and some follow-up consultation available for teams conducting the workshop in the future.

Evangelization & the Incorporation of New Members - For parish teams consisting of the rector/vicar, and 2 - 4 lay members, with the responsibility for planning and implementing the parish's ministry for evangelization and the incorporation of new members. A two weekend event (Friday 4:00 p.m. - Saturday 4:00 p.m.) The two weekends are separated by 6 - 10 weeks. The diocese must agree to conduct at least two follow up sessions in the year after the workshop.

Congregational Development: An Introduction - For parish teams consisting of the rector/vicar, and 2 - 4 lay leaders. Introduces participants to core understandings and methods for congregational development. One weekend from (Friday 4:00 p.m. - Saturday 4:00 p.m.)
