Our focus is on the parish church. We can also assist a diocese that wants to do a better job with its parishes.
Our task is to offer resources so the parish church may more fully live what it is -- an expression of the Body of Christ, the People of God.
Our assumption is that the parish church exists to glorify God, live in the community of the Holy Trinity, and form people in Christ so they may be instruments of God's love in their families, with friends, in the workplace, and in civic life.
Our orientation is:
- that of bringing together things old and things new; ancient and traditional ways in the service of contemporary life
- drawing on the disciplines of pastoral & ascetical theology with organization development
